Celebrate Mount Vernon’s FIRST State Championship Team during Halftime of the Home Football Game. Class of 1975’s 50th reunion to occur the same weekend!

Homecoming and Hall of Fame

October 2-3, 2025

Parade, Thursday, October 2, 2025. 6pm. Watch our Hall of Fame Inductees in corvettes and enjoy fun. Step off at 6pm at Washington Elementary School. Parade ends at the Martha Parsons Activities Complex (MAC)

Hall of Fame Ceremony, Friday October 3, 2025. 9a. Watch our Hall of Fame Inductees receive their award. Performing Arts Center (PAC) at MVHS. Stay for a reception after the event.

Homecoming Game, Friday, October 3, 2025. Hall of Fame Inductees will be honored at halftime. Martha Parsons Activities Complex (MAC). Watch MVHS as they play Center Point-Urbana.

ALUMNI Basketball Game –

December 20, 2025

Boys basketball alumni game will be at 3pm on Dec. 20th at MVHS following the Mount Vernon High School Home basketball game.

MVHS Graduation –

May 24, 2026

Watch the Class of 2026 become the newest Alumni. Board members will present incoming graduates with a gift.

Heritage Days –

July, 2026

The Alumni Association will host a number of events including Ice Cream at the Drone Show, uptown meet and greet and OF COURSE our annual breakfast on Saturday morning. Watch for updates!
